How to fight winter ailments naturally?

Ravintsara and Niaouli essential oils are ideal for use in preventive and curative treatment to strengthen the immune system. Indeed, to stay in shape during this festive period and take full advantage of these beautiful moments, they will be very useful in the event of ENT disorders, low energy, flu, bronchitis, etc., due to their antiviral properties, antibacterial and anti-infectious, among others.

How to use Ravintsara and Niaouli essential oils?
  • Oral: swallow two drops of Ravintsara essential oil on a neutral tablet or in a teaspoon of honey. People with diabetes will prefer the neutral tablet as a support. Repeat the operation three times a day for 5 days.
  • External use: prepare your synergy by putting in an empty 15ml bottle: 1.5 ml of Ravintsara, 1.5 ml of Niaouli and 12 ml of Apricot Kernel or Jojoba vegetable oil.
    Apply the synergy to the chest and back several times a day.
  • Respiratory tract: you can also use them by inhalation in a bowl of hot water by pouring two drops of each. Place a towel on your head, keep your eyes tightly closed throughout the inhalation and breathe deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Stay warm for at least 30 minutes after inhalation. You can do this up to 3 times a day.
  • Atmospheric diffusion: to share the benefits of these two essential oils with your guests, pour two drops of each into your diffuser. They will strengthen immunity while cleaning the air in your home.
