The return of your order is accepted, provided that your withdrawal request is made within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs are your responsibility.

Here is the procedure to follow so that your return takes place in the best conditions (failing this, we reserve the right to refuse reimbursement):

1. Contact our customer service at: info@comptoirdeshuiles.com with your order number to inform us of your withdrawal request.

2. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) so that they can be remarketed in new condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.

3. Please include in your package with the product(s), the order number concerned, your first and last name as well as a copy of proof of purchase.
