Comptoir des Huiles is a seller of cosmetic products exclusively for consumers, marketed through its websites www.comptoirdeshuiles.com. The list and description of the goods offered by the Company can be consulted on the aforementioned sites.

Article 1: Purpose and general provisions

These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales of Products, made through the Company's websites which are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website which makes them binding on the Customer at the time they are put online. Article 2: Price

The prices of products sold through the websites are indicated in Euros excluding taxes and precisely determined on the Product description pages. Article 6: Delivery terms

Purchase invoices are sent on request by email to the email address indicated by the Buyer when registering on the Website.

Classic home delivery is carried out by our carrier Colissimo and by Chronopost for express delivery. Delivery to a relay point of the order is carried out by our carrier Chronopost.
The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering and the time indicated. This deadline does not take into account the order preparation time. In the event of late delivery, the Customer has the option of resolving the contract under the conditions and procedures defined in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller then reimburses the product and the “outbound” costs under the conditions of Articles L 216-3, L 216-4 and L 241-4 3 of the Consumer Code. The Seller provides a telephone contact point (cost of local communication from a landline) indicated in the order confirmation email in order to monitor the order. The Seller points out that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to him. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the delivered product.

Concerning delivery to a relay point, the customer is notified by email and/or SMS as soon as the package is made available at the Relay Point. The package is available (during opening hours) for 7 days at the relay point, before returning on the 8th day. Reminders are sent by email/sms until receipt of the package.

If the package is returned due to the customer's absence, incorrect delivery address or failure to receive the package within the expected time frame, delivery costs will be charged. If a reshipment is desired by the customer, the corresponding costs will be borne by him.

Article 7: Availability and presentation

Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable for a period of more than 30 working days, you will be immediately informed of expected delivery times and the order for this item may be canceled upon simple request. The Customer can then request a credit for the amount of the item or its reimbursement.

Article 8: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. All Orders are payable in euros, all taxes and compulsory contributions included. Any bank charges remain the responsibility of the Buyer (including in the case of a refund)

The Customer can make payment by payment card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider. Once the payment is initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. Comptoir des Huiles reserves the right to suspend or cancel any execution of an Order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any amount due. by the Buyer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Comptoir des Huiles Website, including in connection with previous Orders.

Article 9: Withdrawal period

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception , where applicable, return costs. Article 10: Guarantees

The Products supplied by the Seller benefit automatically and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions,

- the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered and making them unfit for use,

Please note that as part of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer
- benefits from a period of two years from delivery of the goods to take action against the Seller;
- can choose between repairing or replacing the Product ordered, subject to the cost conditions provided for by Article L 217-9 of the Consumer Code;
- is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the Product during the 24 months following delivery of the Product.

The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden Product defects in accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code; in this case, he can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price in accordance with 1644 of the Civil Code.
In order to assert his rights, the Customer must inform the Seller, by email addressed to info@comptoirdeshuiles.com, of the non-conformity of the Products within a maximum period of 48 hours from delivery of the Products or the existence of hidden defects within the deadlines referred to above, describing the anomaly observed. Comptoir des Huiles customer service may request any information relating to the identity of the Buyer and carry out any useful verification on this occasion. The Seller will refund or replace Products under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
Reimbursements for Products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days following the Seller's discovery of the lack of conformity or hidden defect.
Reimbursement will be made by credit to the Customer's bank account or by bank check addressed to the Customer.
The Seller cannot be held liable in the following cases:
- non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the Customer to verify,
- in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence on the part of the Customer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.
The Seller's guarantee is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant or defective Products.

Article 12: Intellectual property rights
