Pour nourrir et protéger la peau :
De votre visage : non comédogène, remplace la crème de jour ou de nuit. Pure, 1 à 5 gouttes selon sa peau et la saison.
De votre corps : remplace un lait ou une crème pour le corps. Utiliser de la même façon en moindre quantité. Plusieurs gouttes. Bien faire pénétrer.
Cheveux : Quelques gouttes sur les pointes le matin ou le soir. Plusieurs gouttes pour réaliser un masque. Laisser poser 15min minimum, toute la nuit si possible avant shampoing.
