Passion Fruit Oil: a wonder for your skin and hair!
No, you're not dreaming ! This much-loved exotic fruit, which transports us to the tropics with each use, is full of treasures for our skin and hair. The Passiflora Edulis plant, native to South America, produces magnificent white, red or orange flowers from which the famous passion fruits emanate. But did you know that it is from the seeds of this fruit that a vegetable oil with incredible properties is extracted?
What are the benefits of Passion Fruit oil for the skin?
After cold pressing the seeds, we obtain a vegetable oil particularly rich in vitamin E, vitamin F and unsaturated fatty acids. But that's not all, Passion Fruit oil is considered "dry", because it penetrates quickly into the skin without leaving a greasy film, only a light and captivating scent.
Passion Fruit oil is a precious ally for dry and dehydrated skin. Its richness in fatty acids, particularly omega-6, gives it nourishing and regenerating properties, thus bringing suppleness and softness to your skin. In addition, it helps fight against skin aging by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Its little extra, it is considered the miracle oil for post-hair removal skin or for your after-shave care!
How can I combine the benefits of Passion Fruit oil in a treatment adapted to my skin?
For complete anti-aging care:
Simply combine Passion Fruit oil with Rosehip vegetable oil and create your own serum. Pour 7.5ml of each oil into an empty 15ml bottle and apply this mixture in the evening, to clean skin, to obtain younger, more radiant skin. These two oils alone can replace your evening “skin care”!
For oily skin:
Passion Fruit oil will help regulate your sebum production. Combine it with Jojoba vegetable oil and Tea Tree essential oil for optimal action. In an empty 15ml bottle, pour 1ml of Tea Tree essential oil, 7ml of Passion Fruit vegetable oil and 7ml of Jojoba vegetable oil . Apply a few drops of this synergy to clean skin before going to bed.
What are the benefits of Passion Fruit oil for hair?
The benefits of Passion Fruit oil don't just stop at the skin. Thanks to its vitamin F content, it is also ideal for repairing dry and damaged hair. It also helps fight against hair loss, in combination with Rosemary cineole essential oil. When it comes to dry hair care, Ylang Ylang and Geranium essential oils are preferred.
For an effective hair treatment, pour 1.5ml of the essential oil that suits you with 14ml of vegetable oil. Apply a few drops of the synergy to dry, clean hair.
Thanks to its enveloping olfactory notes, Passion Fruit oil is particularly appreciated. These delicate fragrances provide a real feeling of well-being. It is therefore often used as a base for massages, where it adds a pleasant sensory dimension to the experience, thus promoting relaxation. Passion Fruit oil is a true treasure of nature, offering a multitude of benefits for skin and hair. So why not incorporate this oil into your beauty routine today?
